It sounds like your host is offering a lot of help, but the problem appears to be in your software. Maybe a corrupt modification.

You can try disabling all your mods and adding them back one by one.

But, like Dismounted just said, there's no point in asking for help here if you're going to ignore the replies. You've been given three suggestions now and you need to try all of them and report back.

If you're not familiar with vbulletin I believe paid help is available somewhere around here.

okay no problem,i can pay for this but it must make my vbulletin normal again and not have an issue like this.
but my support host say i must upgrade the RAM.
before this my ram is 2GB.i take dedicated server.

Well the reason I ask is because there is a set number of mysql connections
that can happen at once, when it hits this limit it can appear that the mysql
server is down because you can not make a connection to mysql.

least 4 gigs of ram, you have 2 currently. If you insist on these settings you

I am confused, I actually lowered max_connections yesterday, so far everything
looks stable still. If this is set to high it will when it gets busy go beyond
what is possible. This is when your site goes down, over and over again. Since
I made these changes have you had problems?

now im using dedicated server for 2GB ram.
but my host told me to upgrade my ram in to 4GB ram.
but the problem is that my members was online each day it is just for 5k uniq visitors.
is 2gb is not enough?
