Context is important joey. If you are going to breach the "Privacy" of a Private Message, you could at least post it in its entirety.

but with vb ,, if you moved your forums to a different url, your board will still work.

I'd bet that many licensed user don't have there " homepage " current.

with vbseo if you moved your board to a different url, the seo wouldn't work still

I don't have an answer to that. Why don't you sign up on vbseo or pm vbseo here and ask them? Like I said, not something that affects me so I have really no concern for it.

my idea is to use curl / php and make the events-category of the vb and events-category from the photopostpro to show via eventnepal dot com.

is displaying the events(at eventnepal dot com) of vb 1/2 page and events gallery of photopost gallery on the remaining 1/2 with say diff colors, but the hard-links pointing to vb forum (nepalhub dot com) a bad idea and will be considered a repetation ?
what would be the best way to achieve that goal ? 2 domains, 1 with vb and a large community, second domain just a showcase of the EVENTS section of the vb.

and second,
i am considering vbseo when they release a link-free version sometimes in future. what is the next best alternative next to vbseo that can be applied (without my competetors knowing) and if you have it applied, perhaps a link to your own boards.

You can already remove the link from the copyright:

I don't want others to know how I am doing my SEO

If i take months of research to find out and evaluate a product (say vbseo), i don't want others to land in my page and just find out about it too . They can do their own research.

I am not sure even why the version has to be included there

guess we All should have tried to be a beta tester and get the product for free, like 75% of the member that support them now...lol

and I'm not knocking you if you did pay 150$ for 5 php files, but really, seo isn't new.. many boards have it, and many websites do to.. and for far less then 150..
isn't it odd how this "speacial" vbseo is so much. but phpbb seo is free ?
and dean's seo mod and the google/yahoo site map mods do just as well as this high priced hidden code does ?
