Help my site is as slow as molasses!!!

Ok guys, I found something that might be something? In myPhpAdmin, since i could not see anything in my ACP under Quicklinks, I found this... Does it mean anything to ya'll? There were other numbers in red. Hope someone can help.

The number of requests to read the next row in the data file. This is high if you are doing a lot of table scans. Generally this suggests that your tables are not properly indexed or that your queries are not written to take advantage of the indexes you have.

Slow_queries 506 The number of queries that have taken more than long_query_time seconds.

in your admincp look in the right hand pane for a section listing server load, should be a similar pattern to like '23.5 35.5 40.1'

Agree. I also dropped IPW as my host as soon as my site's traffic picked up.

Chanks for your reply. I downloaded the zip file and in it were two things:
1 ? product-plugin_vbmicrostats and
2 ? vbmicrostats (an html file, instructions)
? class_core.php (folder /includes) was NOT in the zip
? init.php (folder /includes) was NOT in the zip

Am I missing something or is the zip???

class_core.php and init.php are vbulletin files, you already have them (vb won't work without them).

I installed it and here is what it says at the bottom of the page for 12:34AM...
