1. Overall site speed is rather fast, which is good.
2. Can't say much on design since it's premade
3. It's pretty muchly stock vBulletin so it's going to be easy and the style is good on the eyes.
4. Replacement of some of the stock smilies/post icons wouldn't hurt.
