Forum Display tweak help needed

Hello all,

Excuse me if this has been asked before, but since english is not my native language i tried a search and got overwhelmed with results but i couldn't find it.

I have include a screenshot, that will make it all clear ...

Problem is that i want the red area's removed, i checked the forum display template code but didn't find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another questions, if you're new to customizing/modding vbulletin i find it hard where to find the code for what section in the templates. (like the problem i have stated above) ...

Is there som kind of documentation that shows where everything is ?

REMOVE IT or comment it out. That will remove the Display Options.

Now find:

REMOVE IT or comment it out. That will remove the Posting Rules.
