Moderation of Posts and Threads Problem

There is always a reason, look for a pattern, all in one usergroup (or not in one usergroup) or a particular forum, or user.

You can use the permissions checker to check a users permissions in a forum, check the permissions for a moderated post (check the moderator logs as well, maybe someone is sending them to the moderation queue).
