Questions!- About PHP
Hi there,
I was wondering, what would be the best way to learn PHP for vBulletin? I sorta want to create vBulletin hacks, is there some sorta guide book for PHP? if so I am willing to pay for one. If you guys have any suggestions in Php books, please share them! Thanks. |

Hey,
I suggest this book: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/067...Fencoding=UTF8 And also, using the PHP manual at http://www.php.net. |

I second the book Danny pointed to. I bought it when I first started getting into PHP and it was very helpful.
PHP is a pretty simple language, so I really don't think you need anything more then a good PHP book and then the PHP manual. Though you might want to take a look at something like the PHP Cookbook. |

PHP, is complicated! But I guess as you get to learn it, it becomes simple. Il check that cook book out. Edit: I also found these books on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/160-Books-Manu...QQcmdZViewItem There pretty cheap as well, and the BIN is only at 5.95 I might order it now... |
