Why after i was actived my account but i can't user mods in forum

i did all as your words but did not , when i register an new account and active
your forum notice : my account was active and can start posts but i can't in mods forum and almost another forum
Can your forum do active for me ? thank

MAke sure that the mail address you have registered here at vb.org matches the mail address on the support list of your vB license. The mail address is case-sensitive. Please allow up to 1 hour after an email change to get the status updated.

Have you purchased vBulletin?

If yes, go to the Priority Support section at members.vbulletin.com and enter the email address that you use here.

If no, then you must purchase it prior to being able to download anything from here. The hacks etc are for LICENCED VBULLETIN CUSTOMERS ONLY.
