I ahve a small php script sthat displays how the long the server has been up

http://www.digital-forums.com/forum/uptime.php

How could I display the echo statement of this file within a template (eg. next to the Time on main page)

Theres also a lot of junk code in this script thats probably not needed so if someone could tidy it up for me - or give me an easier method
