auto add to usergroup once payment is received

I am trying to make it so once someone makes any amount of donation they are automatically added to a Site Supporter usergroup, how would I do that? I know about the subscription system, I just don't want to have to input a specific amount and list a bunch of amounts.

Any help much appreciated
