I just wanted to know how many of you web people actually do some running and fitness stuff outside of all the web work.
I personally run quite a bit, I am in mid-season shape for the track team that I am on and am currently running at 2:07 for 800m and 54.4 for the 400m. What do you run and why do you do it? To get in shape, or just for fun? |

i run to keep in shape, im not part of my school's track team. i just do it on my own once a day(30-60 min)

I don't do running as fitness stuff, but I do do it on the treadmill just to keep healthy, but not to lose weight or anything, i mostly do weight training

I run for fitness every night, but I'm not apart of a team or anything.

I play soccer, but I go running once a week or so for fun. Next year I'm going to try and go every morning (spring/summer).

I just feel that running is so soothing and it really allows you to relax and take your mind off of things.
As we can see already, many different people run for many different reasons. And that is GREAT! |

I just love being outside in the spring! Next year I won't be playing soccer anymore, so fitness will be a huge factor for me.

Same case for me as SirAdrian, I play soccer too so I pretty much run every morning.

I don't have a fall sport, but was thinking about soccer, but I think it would be hard to get into as a senior, probably would need some experience to make the team.
