template and style questions

hi some questions

1) as seen in image 1 the white letters are not readen well. which entry in style manager i need to modify to make those letters ONLY black

2) change the font size where the arrow shows as seen in image 2

2) i want my forum home and show forum template to have the last post in the right as seen here (image 3) . how to do it. thanx
