I changed things around on the main style and deleted the test style so now it's just www.limmac.org if you want to see the changes.

This is the code I use for the CSS table "3D" effect.

border-color: #0085AC; border-style: outset; border-top-width: 2px; border-right-width: 2px; border-bottom-width: 2px; border-left-width: 2px;

The color goes all the way around, however on the bottom and right it overlaps it somehow down to 1px.
