Hey all this is kidna off topic to VB but here goes

We live by a former Navy Base which has been sold and they are developing condominiums and other commercial spots

my wife is interested in putting in a daycare

we talked to the guy i ncharge and he said to write a proposal and submit it.

And thats where we are kidna confused

What to put in the proposal what kind of proposal does it need to be

Can anyone help us out

My guess is a proposal of why you think a daycare would be effective at that location, and why the daycare will be there, the services it will offer (Other than the basic im guessing) And the turnover it will have, possibly even the other people it attracts to the area?

Commercial = Profit. The initial proposal I don't think has to be anything formal. Whichever way it's written, the people in charge will want to know if placing a daycare in their community will be worthwhile/beneficial. It's part of their Performa.

That's my guess.
