A good php/MySQL tutorial system

One that isnt tied into vBulletin.

I've been searching for days for a nice tutorial system that users can upload their own tutorials to. I've only found one, but users couldnt upload anything to it, it was till in beta stages for over a year :roll:

anyway, anyone here know of any good ones?
