ActivePerl - Self install - Not needed unless you want PERL / cgi-bin support
Apache - Self install - will need to edit config file and tell it the PATH of PHP EX: /php/php.exe
GD - Self install
ImageMagick - Self install
mySQL - Self install- Run: mysql/bin/winmysqladmin.exe (make admin user/PW - leave running in taskbar)
PHP - Unzip and move an INI
ZendOptimizer - Self install

Ill look for or make a simple how to, but its not much more than that.
