Nomination System

I would like to see a nomination system. Where members can nominate you into certain groups but the admin does the actual promotion.

No set limit or set limit but able to bypass.

Nominations with comments would be nice and maybe a degree of nomination like strongly nominate or fairly nominate...

users would have set amounts of nominations per usergroups.

i think that covers it...

i did a search and i couldn't find anything relevant...please point me in the right direction if this available all ready!

i thought of onoe more thing i would like to see...

if there was upload file folder for gifs or jpegs or images, in otherwords, to associate the nomination. that way when someone looked at the picture they would know so and so was nominated for such and such...
