I was bored so I threw something together.

I'm no graphics artist but this should hold you over until someone with better skills than myself helps you out.

The .gif is transparent but looks very rigid.
I'm pretty sure I matched your site background color with the .jpg and if I were you I'd use that one instead.
If not, I included the .pdf for you, or if you give me the palette number for that color(example #5c7099) I will do it for you if you'd like.

I resized the images to what you asked, and created a simple favicon image.. I'm by no means a graphics artist so if any/all of these suck, sorry.
