How Do I Get These extra Buttons?

Sorry, my bad. I totally misread it.

Save all the buttons as the same file name as the corresponding default ones, then you have two choices depending on your setup.

1. Overwrite the existing images on your server with the new ones; or
2. Create a new directory for the buttons, copy any remaining default ones into this new directory, upload your custom ones to there, and the in the Style Manager > All Style Settings set the path to the location of the new buttons directory (eg from images/buttons/ to myimages/buttons/).

If you use the first option, then you will need to omit to upload the images directories on future upgrades of vBulletin, and just upload any new images otherwise you will revert the images back to the default ones.

Again, sorry for the confusion, I just totally misread your post at first.

The modifications that you will need to your postbit_legacy template are as follows.
