Your header is at least as twice as high as it needs to be.

Your login box has come out of your navbar template for some reason, I suggest you put it back.

I see you have subforums, but your sections for

on the forum home come up with no stats, I can't then quickly judge the activity of the forums or see a preview of what's being discussed.
