The colour scheme is very dull. I wouldn't mind, but contrasted against the screen shot thumbnails you've got on your portal, it seems more so.
I hate the 'It appears you have not registered....' fake install bar - personal preference. Consider allowing some guest posting maybe?
Forums, ach, too many. Sure, sort and subdivide later when you have a lot of questions, but why 'preempt' that? Then again, I admit it's a professional look, but I dislike it.
Your product forums could do with some sticky threads - anything so I'm not seeing Last Post - never.
