Is the WYSIWYG editor in use by vBulletin developed by vBulletin? or is it a commercially available product that can be used and distributed in other web apps?

Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure it was developed by vBulletin (by Jelsoft, to be more exact, as vBulletin is not a company, but rather a product created by company called Jelsoft).
