I believe what is happening on my forums is that custom avatars are the ones not displaying in the arcade leaderboard. Seems like the avatars stored in vbulletin display properly.

Seems like i remember reading up on something about the custom avatars when i was reading the footnotes upgrading from 3.0 to 3.5, but i don't remember the specifics.

Is there something i am overlooking?

(i'll continue to try to find a solution on my own in the meantime...)

update...

Custom avatars are stored in the filesystem whereas forum provided avatars are stored in the databases. Simply made a copy of the few custom avatars i had and moved them into the database, everything comes up now.
