It would depend on the extent of the intergration with the script in question. I've never done medium-large paid hacks like that so I couldn't say. I think you'd be looking at $200-$300 minumum however, just for intergrating usernames in one database.
VB.org has a service requests forum where you post your requirements and people contact you with offers via pm. However you have to be registered and licenced to post there.
