I've never seen this. There are several mods about making the user profile system a lot more like 'myspace' and such so I would say things are heading in that direction a little.
But on the other hand, you can get premade dating site scripts, you'd need a fair bit of hacking to combine the user tables between that and a vb database, a big paid mod I'd expect.
