[ Template Hack ] Lock the footer to the bottom of the browser

I was wondering if there was a way of locking the 'footer' template to the bottom of the browser window.

you'll note that if you 'logout' the footer is brought half way up the browser and on sites like this, you can get away with it, but on my site it looks silly. I was wondering if it would be possible to keep it stuck to the bottom of the browser.
