What would cause drop down menues, editor buttons, clickable smilies and any other pop ups to cease working?

I have searched all over the site found two other issues like this but no reply to either one.

OK I found the problem, I had removed to much from template headinclude when uninstalling a hack.

O yeah, thats why I am posting here and not over at vB.com

Every mod I did everything worked fine after it was done, the last thing I was messing with was the Darkness rewrite of the UserCP but he went and removed it so I cant double check that now.

I cant see a single template edit causing all that trouble but if there is one let me know. This is the first time I have ever had any problem like this at all.
