Hi

Hope you guys can help me out. Due to problems with my current host, I'm going to be forced to move ISP in the near future. The only real requirements (apart from the fastest server for the money) are:

o Uncapped bandwidth usage
o Zend Optimizer installation (for vBSEO)

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

When you say uncapped do you mean unlimited bandwidth? If so, I know of no proper host which offers that. Now, if its your Renault forum, it clearly doesn't need a dedicated server, though you should invest in a decent VPS solution. I here good things about ServInt.
