I'd like to see, a different forum for every clan?? and ppl who are in the clan can view it & there is a visitor status, where ppl can apply to view it, clan leader only has the permission to allow this etc?

All I would want is everything that vwar has and integrated into the forum and forum calendar. Not sure how long I would be willing to wait for something like htis but I think no matter what, whenever it is made, a ton of people will want it and use it.

I plan to be working on a clan management system with a partner this summer. There is no ETA yet, but it's definitely going to be done.

Ladders - single player and team[s] - ladder sign up / seasons etc.

TS server integration?
