Okay I have seen these, but I have no clue what they are called. Basically you have a box of items then you highlight one of them, and click the arrow, and it is in the other box now. This is often used in forms.

i think they are just two multi select select boxes, with some cunning javascript to move things accross when you hit the arrow.
