Sounds good to me. Also - add the ability to nominate a HotM candidate. Specificaly, a candidate who was in a previous HotM, but due to extremely bad judgement and bias on the part of some of the mods & admins here, they were removed.

So, hacks get enough installs to get them in but they are not good enough? That should be encouraging and draw in more hack developers.

How ungrateful! Someone takes time, codes a hack, shares it here with the whole community for free and you feel urge to mention that it does not even worth your "vote" for just a nonsense title like Hotm. How do you think this effects people who are sharing their work with the community?
