How do I do these features?

Hi,

Can somebody tell me how to do these features which I have seen on my friends V Bulletin forum

1/Have the Latest news at the top of the index of forums-Write articles and things there

2/If you click on contact staff you can submit a support ticket and then post follow-ups on it

3/Have V Bulletin pages on the forum where you can write your own things like staff members and the link displays on the links at the top!

1. You need a latest post on forumhome system like this.
2. You'd need to use either vBSupport or HelpDesk. The choice is yours.
3. You want custom pages that admins create, or members? For users, you'd want this. If its for you (the admin) to create custom pages, you've got a few choices, such as WebTemplates and GTCustom Pages. By link at the top, I'll assume you mean on the navbar, in which case you just need to edit the appropriate file.
