If you're verified... whoops, sorry. Just a force of habit because the pattern is usually the same for those who try to get around it.
For the tech type questions for stuff that doesn't involve 'hacks' then really vB.COM (or the online manual at vB.com) would be the place as vB.ORG is meant for 'hacks' and other changes.
