Hey Guys, I have people changing thier names on my site which is fine, But I would like to know if there is a hack or something that will show in the user profile their last X Name Changes.

So like
CURRENT USERNAME:BobTheTomato
CURRENT TITLE: I like Seafood....
PREVIOUS NAME: BobTheBuilder

I did a search and didn't find anything.

Username Management - Control who can change Usernames plus history
combined with:
Username Management Addon - History in Profile
and if you want:
