I REALLY need help, please. So upset.

Argh. I need help, ASAP. Last night I installed this hack:

Show Newest PM If Unread On Forum Home

And now I've got a problem. When I try and access my adminCP, I get this error:

I read the whole thread pertaining to this plugin and it seems like other people had this problem; but no one has posted a fix. And I have no idea how to fix this. I cannot get into my adminCP to uninstall, or even try too. But one problem was that the plugin was not showing up in the plugin manager last night. Then the next thing I know, I am locked out of my adminCP. I am new to this and rather upset right now; please help me!

Try adding the following line to your ./includes/config.php:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', 1); 


Now you should be able to get into your AdminCP and remove that hack.

Yeah, I seen that suggestion. One problem - I am so new, I downloaded the "phpmyadmin" and ugh - I have NO idea what I am doing at all. I would have not the first clue as to how to add that line to the php file. And when I was able to get into my adminCP, this plugin was not showing in the plugin manager.

Sorry to sound so silly, I am just so lost.

Disregard the help needed. My host support fixed this problem for me in a matter of minutes. Thanks so much!
