The users stats are not under the name they are to the right. How would I get it under their name? Is this a code or just a step Im missing?

I'm not sure what you're exactly saying but I think that you may be referring to the postbit orientation. Try switching to the postbit_legacy template.

vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template > Yes
