RSS Problem - No Output
Hello all
Hope someone here can please help me , I recieved some help from Steve and Zac over at vb.com see this thread http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...0&goto=newpost It looks like because I am not allowing guests to read my forum I can't stream RSS feeds to my existing registered members. All I get from my output is a blank page. Can any of you kind folk give me any ideas to how I can allow this on my forum please, is there an existing hack or mod out there already please? Thank you Stu |

Hello Zac
Wish it was that easy, my forum has information thats not high security but the members would rather it not be made public. Any other ideas? Help, has no one else has this type of situation with there forum? |

This would be a nice hack to have. Don't know how easy it'd be to do but would be nice if it could be done.

I'd like to make external.php believe it is either a user called "RSS" or has the same access as the usergroup "Registered User". Does anyone have any ideas how to hack external.php to do this? |

I am also pretty interested in allowing registered members to read the forums that they have permission to see on the website via RSS.
If anyone has a solution I would love to hear about it Thanks, |

So then the only options I have are:
1) allowing guests to read the forums 2) not having a RSS feed Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks for the fast reply as well |
