Default What is this mod?? (some type of article system)

There is an "article menu" on the left of the page, and the actual articles appear on their own page.

Looks like standard vBa CMPS. With vBa CMPS 2.x you have the ability of creating a copy of an existing module and setting it's properties on a per-page basis. Looks like they simply created a new page using the 'news' module and specified a forum thread to be displayed.
