Well the vB.org header is fairly simple, it wouldn't be to difficult, if using a program such as Adobe Photoshop.

I don't use Illustrator CS2, so i'm not to sure with the functions etc. But i suggest following some tutorials. The actual header on vB.org is split into various sections. So the document size you create can vary. The file should be saved as a gif or jpeg.
