Something like how amazon.com has. A section to describe the product you are reviewing up top along with the picture of it. Then members can give reviews and rate that product within the thread. And it would show number of ratings, avg rating, etc.

Is there something like that right now?

closest thing is vbadvance's Links Directory but I don't like their layout

So you want something like a Review system. http://www.photopost.com check out the Review Post system. if not then maybe someone will code it for you
