I wonder, has anyone ever created an integration with Wordpress and vBulletin?

What I was envisionning, was simply not allowing user registrations etc. on the Wordpress. In every entry, there would be a link at the bottom like 'View/Add Comments' and when clicked upon, it would move you to the thread (which was also created by Wordpress, in a special forum) which shows all the comments (replies) to the blog entry.

Thoughts? And has anything like this been made yet? I'm trying to look for an integration for Wordpress and vBulletin that is already made.

Did you ever succeed?

I'm also looking at simply using vB logins for Wordpress, I explicitly intend to keep comments separated from forum topics.
