"Top" Link on Categorys

I wanted a way to scroll to the top of my forums quickly if say I am at the bottom of my forums index. So I added a the simple top link to the left of each categorey name.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

In forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost find

And before, add:

You could add it anywhere you wanted really.
