See menu if viewing usercp

Ok, I have a side column in my header so that it is shown across all of my forums. What I am trying to figure out is this. If the member goes to their control panel, I want the control panel menu to be shown in this side column instead of the normal spot in the UserCP. However, if they are not in the UserCP, it is not shown to them. How would I go about doing this?

What I am basically asking is this, in the coding below, am I able to check a condition whereas if the page is usercp.php or something along those lines, it shows something. Else, does not?
