I'm trying to get my boards to look like my main site (links are below). The top section is easy...I know I can just copy the html into the header table. But where I'm stuck is how to get the shadow image to carry down both sides of the boards...what template would that be? Also, I'm not sure what part of the html to put in the footer to finish off the bottom.
Any suggestions? |

Actually, I ended up switching CMSs and going with Subdreamer which integrates nicely with vbulletin. The shadows you see come from the Subdreamer forum skin that wraps around vbulletin.
I'm still not sure where exactly to put the html in the templates if you're doing it directly in vbulletin. I know how to do it in html, but it's figuring out where to split the code that's a little harder. I did see another thread on this board somewhere that talks about it...but I can't remember where. Also, I think one of the styles you can download in the styles forum has a shadow...so you can always start with that one and modify it. |
