No users esxcept me are online on forumhome

Hello,

i've installed vbchat 2.3 (as i think) exactly how described.

On my Forumhome i only see mee and the guests online. No other users.

Can anybody tell me, where is the problem?

My vbAdvanced and my Arcade do show other users online. I don't know, where i have to search again.

If i reupload the index.php the problem is solved (without "User currently in chat"), but i did everything like described.

i've had similar problems and i'm yet to find a solution, some users appear online but others aren't and I can't find a reason why!

for instance two of the admins on our site can't see each other online! I can see some users but not others and theres general confusion between many users as to who really is online :S. I've walked through the entire install 4 times now and i can't see 1 fault!

I wonder if the problem is realted in some way.

Then my only idea is that you have modified index.php incorrectly, ensure you have done what it says within the install file carefully.

I've taken a clean index.pgp and edited this one. It worked. Maybe i had some garbage from modifications before into it.

double checked it , even replaced it with the original but the problems still the same, theres a real problem with the whole users online. Some users can see each other some can't you never get a true representation of whos online anymore and it started after I installed VBChat :S. Seems like its localized to my site though as all other problems seem to be issues updating the index.php with regards to the users in chat. Additionally though the users in the chat room don't show up regularly either they might turn up in about 10 seconds or the just wont turn up at all. Everythings been checked and double checked by 2 phper's now (just to sanity check it from my side) and we've still got problems. Any ideas?

I have the same problem now... none of my registered members are showing up online just says like 6 or 10 guests online and it is making me frustrated :-( please does anyone know how to fix this. I have installed the vbchat to perfection and have trippled checked the files that i edited... any help would be greatly apreciated thank you!
