If you're looking for qualiity stuff, I recommend customink.com for shirts. The Cafepress stuff is (IMO) absolute garbage.

I use Zazzle with good results so far. I've heard bad stuff about Cafepress as well, particularly when compared to Zazzle.

I should clarity, that I've never heard complaints (or praise, heh) about their generic stuff - coffee cups, mouse pads, etc.

I did a run of 15 t-shirts from them however and the quality was just terrible. Poor screen printing, cheap-as-can-be shirts and the graphics (just simple text) didn't line up on any of the shirts. Total waste of money, I use them to wash my car now.

The customink shirts that I did a run of (eighty) are excellent. High quality, and have held up through multiple washes. My members are very happy with 'em. They were expensive, but well worth it imho.

Oh you're using the default vBulletin skin... So what do you want me to do exactly? Review that vB skin of yours?

cafepress can be expensive as hell for Canadian orders. You're better of going to a printers can getting a plate made ($120-150) then getting the shirts made yourself.
