Chances are either nobody knows how, or it's more work than you'll get for free. Offer up something in the paid service requests forum, it's always worked for me in the past and if it's something I really need, it's worth throwing a few bucks at a coder for his time.

Thank you, Chris, for the help you offered. No one in nearly 3 months has offered any help or any direction or any other forum link that I should consider - except you and a few others in the following:

And yes, we do pay folks to help us. You'd think that the paid coders would have come along in 3 months and offered me the link to another forum to get this solved (at my expense, of course).
