Which hack/mod does vBulletin.org use for the 'Plugins' and 'Modifications' forums that allows for the first post (the one that describes the hack/mod/plugin) to display at the top of each page of the thread?

A custom one, but there is a similiar one here, althop I do not know +++++leased it.
