Every few days my login gets messed up and says I'm not a premium member on vbulletin.com and vbulletin.org. Can I get my account on both sites corrected please so I can login to the member forums? I bought vbulletin on 12/30/05.

the accounts can't be messed up.. you need to provide the email adress you took for the registration and enter it properly in the system...

I have my registration email address in there. In the three boxes you put your email address I put the same email address again plus my mobile phone email address. I still, all day now, get this same message at the top of the forums in green:

"You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page. "

log out then re-login. if that doesnt fix it, then you're info is wrong.

It could be a glitch in the system. You shouldn't see the message now. If it becomes a big bother contact offical support via the members area and ask them to take a look for you.

Its working on .ORG now, just I'm still fubar on .COM and can't login to the member area to donwload there.

Anyway you can msg .COM and tell them what you did so they can fix my login there?
