Can someone tell me about upgrading VBB withou full version (withou download forum www.members.vbulletin.com) but Upgrade with Patch files => is it the same as full upgrade???

Or how to upgrade with Patch files? what I have to do?

The latest patach is in product form so all your have to do is upload it as you would a product.

I think the patch just fixes the security hole while the full upgrade fixes the bugs.

It tells you how to install it in the link I posted.
